SoCAL is a collective of scientists and engineers who believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are critically important values to maintain and push forward in STEM. This group is meant to include any STEM or STEM-related graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, staff, and faculty. It is intended to create a space for mentorship, professional development, and networking for scientists and engineers across all disciplines.
