Training Underrepresented Future Faculty (TUFF)

SoCAL is planning to launch a series in the Fall 2024 quarter for postdocs entering the academic job market to give practice chalk talks. Please register here if you are a postdoc or senior graduate student that would like to participate in this. Participating in this program will include attending a Chalk Talk workshop, as well as chalk talk given by a recently hired faculty member, over the summer, as well as giving your very own chalk talk in the Fall. Dates are still to be determined.
